Scope
These terms govern the internal applications operated by Proflow Holding. Those applications are private tools built for the company's own use. They are not a public service, are not offered for sale, and no account can be created by anyone outside the company.
Permitted use
Access is limited to accounts on an explicit allowlist maintained by Proflow Holding. Attempting to access these applications without authorisation is prohibited. Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
Data
Handling of data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty
These applications are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. They may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Proflow Holding accepts no liability for any loss arising from their use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
